	Dwight Poler		Dwight Poler joined Bain Capital in 1994. He has been a Managing Director since 1999. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Dwight was a consultant at Bain & Company where he worked in the technology, consumer products and financial services industries. Previously, Dwight worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions department at Morgan Stanley & Co. with a focus on technology deals. Dwight received an MBA with distinction from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth, where he was a Tuck Scholar. He received a BA from Amherst College.
