	James McDonnell		Jim McDonnell is head of the European Strategy Practice at A.T. Kearney. Prior to joining A.T. Kearney, Jim was a consultant at BCG where he worked on corporate and business unit strategy, large scale change programmes, mergers and acquisitions. Jim received an MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.
