Juan Navarro

Juan Navarro, founder and Chairman of The Exxel Group, is
also director of several Argentine companies. Educated at
the British School in Montevideo, Uruguay. He has a degree
in Business Administration from the University of Buenos Aires,
Argentina. Before founding The Exxel Group in 1991, he worked
for more than 10 years with Citicorp, both in Buenos Aires
and in New York.
The Exxel Group is an Argentina-based private investment
company engaged in sourcing, structuring and lead investing
in buyouts of companies in South America. Since 1993, through
a series of limited partnership arrangements with institutional
investors in the United States and Europe, for which affiliates
of Exxel serve as general partners. Exxel has invested over
US$4.8 billion in 73 companies in a wide range of industries
in Argentina and other Mercosur countries.
