Philippe Costeletos is a partner and a member of the Investment Committee at Texas Pacific Group where he recently led the public to private buyout of Debenhams in the UK. Philippe joined Texas Pacific Group in May 2003.

Prior to joining Texas Pacific Group, Philippe was a Member of the Management Committee at Investcorp where he worked for 8 years and was involved in a number of buyouts in Switzerland, Norway, the Netherlands and the UK. Prior to joining Investcorp, Philippe was with JP Morgan’s private equity group where he was involved in evaluating and executing private equity investments in Europe and Latin America. Previously, he worked with Morgan Stanley in London and New York.

Philippe holds a BA (Magna Cum Laude) with distinction in Mathematics from Yale University and an MBA from Columbia Business School (Beta Gamma Sigma).

He is a Board director of Debenhams.
