Conference and Pre-Conference Dinner ticket sales has now closed.
We use the PayPal system for payment. This system is used by eBay and is very secure. We will, however, accept payment on the day of the conference (credit card, cheque or cash) for those who have problems with the payment system.
If you are using PayPal for the first time, it will ask you to create a new PayPal account with your name, address and credit card details. When creating a new PayPal account, the address you give paypal must match the address of the credit card used (this is usually the address your credit card statement is mailed to).
For a small percentage of new accounts (chosen randomly) PayPal requests the new user to enter an extra code, which PayPal adds to your credit card statement. If you have internet banking, you will be able to find this number on your online statement. Otherwise you will not be able to complete payment until the statement arrives in the post. If this happens, please contact us and we will make other arrangements for payment.
