Todd Fisher is a Partner in the London Office of KKR, an international private equity firm. Since joining KKR in 1993, he has been involved in a range of companies and currently runs the Firm’s financial services and chemicals practices in Europe. He led the Firm’s recent acquisitions of Vendex KBB, Dynamit Nobel and Rockwood Specialties Inc. and was a leading member of the KKR teams responsible for the Willis Group Ltd, Alea Group Holdings Ltd, Bristol West Group and Accuride Corporation transactions. He was also a member of the Board of Layne Christensen Company and worked with both Merit Behavioural Care Corporation and Red Lion Hotels prior to their sale in 1997. He currently sits on KKR’s Global Portfolio Management Committee and is the Partner responsible for Capstone Consulting Europe, the Firm’s internal Consulting Group.

Prior to joining KKR, Mr Fisher worked for Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York and for Drexel Burnham Lambert in Los Angeles. Mr Fisher graduated from Brown University with a BA in Biology and received an MA in International Affairs from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
